    Car insurance is a competitive market in the UK and our Renewals role is in a diverse and rewarding department. Dealing with existing policyholders, our agents talk to people towards the end of their policy term and do all they can to retain their business with us. In this role, accuracy and quality of service are critical. Agents are successful in this role when they remain up-to-date on product knowledge, have a positive and friendly approach with their customers and are focused on service excellence. 

    No insurance experience is needed - just bring your enthusiasm and drive to succeed and we’ll teach you everything else you need to know!
